If you've forgotten your KSMI Weather password, follow these steps to request a new one.

• Visit our weather portal at https://portal.ksmi.ca/
• Click on "Forgot Username or Password" below the login button.
• Enter the email associated with your account.
• Click "Send Reminder".
• Follow the steps in the email we send you to change your password.

If you did not receive the forgot password email, it's possible it went to your spam and/or junk folder - so be sure to check there. If you are still unable to locate it, it's possible that you entered the wrong email associated with your account.
