When you sign up for our services, your primary email will be added to the list of users who receive products and can login to the weather portal.
You may want to add additional users to the account, so they can receive emails and access the portal, too. To do this, simply follow the steps below.
- Login to the KSMI weather portal (https://portal.ksmi.ca/)
- Scroll down and click on Account Settings.
- Under Your Groups, click the EDIT button next to the group you wish to add the user to (in most cases, this is named Primary).
- Scroll down to Group Users and then select Add New User to Group.
- Enter the user's first and last name, then click Next Step.
- Next, enter the user's email address, and if you wish to, their phone number. You can also select which products you wish for the user to receive.
That's it! You've added a user to your account. Simply repeat steps 4 through 6 to add additional users to the account.
