Not Receiving Emails from KSMI Weather

If you aren't receiving emails, such as hourly updates, there could be a couple of different issues at play.

  • Check your spam or junk folder for our emails. If you find them there, you may need to "whitelist sender" or contact your IT group.
  • Verify that you or the person who isn't receiving emails is added as a user to at least one group in the weather portal.
  • If you see yourself or the user in question added to the group, ensure that user has an email in their profile. Be sure to check for any mistakes in the email address.
  • Check the "mute user" option and ensure it isn't enabled for the user in question.
  • Ensure that the group in question has at least one time during the day selected to receive email products. If all times are disabled, no products will be delivered.
